I guarantee God wants you to set aside your personal journey and follow Him.  It has become commonplace as a Christian to point first to our own personal journey, second our struggles and brokenness, thirdly our ambitions and goals and lastly, Christ our Savior. A list of commands Christ gave his disciples will help us walk in His steps, in the Semblance of Christ.
